Privacy policy

Renown Sites is a trade name of FlowAutomate LLC ("we"). This policy covers renownsites.com.

What we collect

• Site check form: business name, city, trade and email address.
• Preview form: your name, business name, trade, phone, email and current website address.
• Calculator: the numbers you type stay in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us.
• Server logs: our web server records standard request data (IP address, browser, page, time) for security and troubleshooting.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics today. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens.

Why we use it

To run the check you asked for and email you the results, to build the preview you asked for, and to reply to you. We use public business data (your Google Maps listing and your public website) to produce the check.

Who sees it

Form data goes to our own automation server and email system. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it for us (hosting, email delivery, data providers used to run the check), or when the law requires.

How long we keep it

Lead details are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Email hello@renownsites.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We answer within 30 days.
